WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

Custom websites and online stores on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, and Squarespace, plus custom software and SaaS when off-the-shelf doesn’t cut it. We also handle SEO, UI/UX design, hosting, support, and migrations.

HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE?

If you know what you want, 4 to 8 weeks for a website. If you’re still figuring it out, longer. Custom software depends on scope, we’ll give you a real estimate once we understand what you’re building.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Depends on the platform, the features, and what “done” looks like for your project. Send us the details and we’ll give you a real number, not a teaser price that grows once you’re locked in.

WILL MY SITE WORK ON MOBILE?

Yes. Every site we build works on phones and tablets. We’d be embarrassed to ship anything that didn’t.

DO I NEED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I WANT BEFORE CONTACTING YOU?

No. A lot of clients show up with “something’s not working but I don’t know what” and that’s a totally fine place to start. We’ll help you figure out what you need.

CAN YOU REDESIGN OR REBUILD AN EXISTING SITE?

Yes. We can rebuild from scratch, or work with what’s already there if it’s salvageable. We’ll tell you honestly which one makes more sense, even if a full rebuild is more profitable for us.

CAN YOU MIGRATE MY SITE FROM ONE PLATFORM TO ANOTHER?

Yes. Moving from Squarespace to Shopify, WordPress to a custom build, or away from a platform you’ve outgrown, we move your content and data over carefully.

DO YOU WRITE CONTENT FOR THE SITE TOO?

We can, or we can work with content you already have. If you need both copy and design, just say so upfront so we can plan for it.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SITE GOES LIVE?

We don’t disappear. We offer ongoing support and maintenance plans for updates, backups, and the small fixes that come up once real users start clicking around.

WHAT IF SOMETHING BREAKS?

Things break sometimes. That’s just how the internet works. If you’re on a support plan, we fix it. If you’re not, reach out anyway, we’re not going to leave you hanging.
